For UK customers, items are sent by Royal Mail (First Class Recorded) which includes insurance and usually arrives next day.
Costs depend on the size of the parcel and are calculated in the checkout. They start at £2.50. UK customers are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and can return any item within 7 days of receipt if you choose, for a full refund of the item price (as long as it's in the same state you received it).
There are two options for shipping outside the UK: Air Mail, which carries no insurance and is at your own risk, or Airsure which includes insurance and proof of delivery.
The UK postal service divides the rest of the world into two zones: Europe and the rest. Europe is much bigger than the EU and includes all the following countries: AL, AD, AM, AT, AZ, BY, BE, BA, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FO, FI, FR, GE, DE, GI, GR, GL, HU, IS, IE, IT, KZ, XK, KG, LV, LI, LT, LU, MK, MT, MD, MC, ME, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, RU, SM, RS, SK, SI, ES, SE, CH, TJ, TR, TM, UA, UZ, VA.
Prices for Air Mail to Europe start from £3.80 and to the rest of the world from £5.50. Airsure starts from £10 to Europe and from £10.50 to the rest of the world.
